This session Texas took a major stand against fake therapy that was being ordered at the expense of children but to the profit of fake therapist. Texas HB3783 was passed unanamously in both chambers during the 89th regular session.
In a significant victory for family court reform, survivor advocacy, and child welfare in Texas. HB 3783 amended Texas Family Code §153.010 to set new standards for court-ordered counseling in child custody and parent-child suits.

Reunification therapy, much like parental alienation, is a judicial construct that only exist in uninformed court rooms and are not recognized by Texas Family Code.
